As of Wednesday, July 6th, the REIT Inhome Properties is listed on the BME Growth at a price of 10 euros per share, which sets its initial market capitalization at 11 million euros. After analyzing and reviewing all the documents submitted by the company and approving the valuation report, the Board of Directors of BME Growth has approved its incorporation into the BME Growth trading segment of BME MTF Equity.
Inhome Properties thus becomes the second REIT and the seventh to join the BME exchange in 2022. It began trading on Wednesday, July 6th. According to information provided by BME Growth, the stock ticker for the REIT is «YIPP«. The registered advisor for the initial public offering of the REIT was Renta 4 Corporate while Renta 4 Banco will act as liquidity provider of the shares.

Inhome Properties is a company dedicated to the purchase of residential housing for the elderly in prime locations across Madrid. The REIT aims to acquire assets that are sold at a discount in its portfolio to focus on price appreciation potential.
In 2021, the company recorded losses of 209,000 euros, a figure expected to increase to 1.2 million euros in 2022 and then fall to 111,000 euros in 2023, with revenues of 207,650 that same year, according to management forecasts.
The Chairman of Inhome porperties, Juan Antonio Fernández, holds a 17.3% stake in the capital. Other shareholders include; Alberto Honorio Pertejo with 9.1% of the capital, Ignacio Ruiz-Gallardón García with 0.5% of the capital, Loreto Mutua (Mutualidad de Previsión Social) with 44.5%, Eurocroqueta with another 9.1% and 24 minority shareholders, with another 19.2%.
