Xercavins plans to invest €200M in Spanish property

Teleno Real Estate which is managed by José María Xercavins has already purchased 5 properties for €45M and plans to amass a €200M portfolio. 4 of these properties are located in Madrid and 1 is in Barcelona

Founded in December of 2017, the property fund is managed by José María Xercavins, José Creuheras,Cristina Guiral, José Javier Sampietro, and Marco Creperio. It is expected to include some of the former shareholders of Tauro like Roberto and Marco Drago, of Grupo De Agostini, and José Creuheras, partner of the Italians as president of Planeta; Albert Costafreda, former owner of Panrico, and Silvio Elías, one of the former owners of Caprabo supermarkets. Teleno is the fourth property vehicle Xercavins has launched and his track record for market timing is expected to aid fundraising among Catalonia’s wealthy families which have been co-investors in his previous ventures. He launched Tauro in 2014 and sold it to Teddy Sagi’s Globe Invest for €180M in April 2018.
