Salvador Vila Arcos and the Copoví brothers have opted to list their newly created property company, Logis Confort, on the French secondary market, Euronext Access, avoiding tighter regulatory demands of Madrid alternative stock market (MAB).
Logis Confort SOCIMI is a listed real estate investment company (Spanish REIT) specialised in the holding and management of real estate assets (industrial sites and logistics warehouses) located in Spain. The real estate portfolio, with a total surface area of 23,522m², consists of 7 industrial sites (including 6 in Valencia and 1 in Madrid), and 5 parking lots. The firm began trading last July with a reference share price of 2.2 euros and a market cap of €11M.
The main partner of the firm is Salvador Vila Arcos with a 50% ownership and owner of several firms that operate under the CV Group brand and developer of the Ford factory in Almussafes. The two other partners are Edelmiro and José Manuel Copoví Ridaura, each with a 25% stake.
