QPQ, has added 7 flats to its portfolio. The properties, which were bought for €768,000, are located in the city of Madrid and in various towns of the Barcelona area. All the assets are leased and managed by Alquiler Seguro, S.A.U. and Lloguer Segur, S.A and, according to the REIT, the average gross rent obtained via rental is 6.85% on the purchase price and the acquisition has been carried out using the fund’s own equity.

Spanish REIT “Quid Pro Quo Alquiler Seguro SOCIMI, S.A.“ made its debut on the 10th of July and is presided by Gustavo Rossi (President & CEO), along with his partner Antonio Carroza. The main shareholders include former CIO of hedge fund BBVA&Partners, León Bartolomé, as well as board member of Tubos Reunidos, Alfonso Barandiarán. As at close of business on tuesday the 28th, the share price was €1.18, up 18% since IPO.
