Spanish REIT “Quid Pro Quo Alquiler Seguro SOCIMI, S.A.“ has debuted today on the Alternative Stock Exchange (Mercado Alternativo Bursátil – MAB) as a Listed Corporation for Investment in the Real Estate Market (SOCIMI). Gustavo Rossi (President & CEO) rang the opening bell for trading, along with his partner Antonio Carroza, with whom he owns 90% of ENACOM, unique shareholder of ALQUILER SEGURO, the new SOCIMI’s main shareholder. This milestone has seen the company list 9,000,000 shares with a reference price of €1 per share.
The REIT owns 37 residential properties at the time of listing (34 in Madrid, 1 in Torrejón de Ardoz, 1 in Alcorcón, 1 in Barcelona) and plans to grow to 150 rented residential units by the end of 2018.
The main shareholders are Alquiler Seguro, S.A.U. (21.71%), Luis Fernández Valderrama (8.33%), León Bartolomé Velilla (6.11%), Alfonso Barandiarán Olleros (5.56%) & Deltacap Investment Partners, S.L. (4.45%).
