Spanish Insurance firm, Hermandad Nacional de Arquitectos (HNA) has invested € 10.5M in a 16,674 m² logistic platform located in Alovera (Guadalajara). The buyer was advised by Knight Frank’s director of logistics capital markets, Alejandro Vega-Penichet, who has explained that this type of asset attracts strong investor demand.
InmoKing Real Estate has acted as advisor to the vendor, and according to Roberto Ágreda, Partner and director of the firm: “the excellent moment of the logistics market and the great amount of investor interest for good quality properties and locations have enabled the vendor to reach a good deal”.
According to Alejandro Vega-Penichet, “Logistics continues to position itself as one of the most desired asset classes for all types of investors. The property was sourced “off market” and offers an attractive, solid return with clear potential in terms of rent increases, in a fully consolidated area.»
