In 2017, Mira, Ivanhoé Cambridge’s strategic partner in Mexico, kicked off construction of the residential portion of Neuchâtel Cuadrante Polanco, a mixed-use property in Mexico City.
Ivanhoé Cambridge, together with Hines and Mira plan to deliver phase I in Q2 of 2021 which will consist of 39,000 square metres of Class AAA office building space and set a new standard for next generation of Mexico City’s offices.
The project includes 14,000 square metres of green space and 2 floors of amenities and services, and will offer an unparalleled mix of amenities for corporate users in the city’s upscale Polanco district.
The new property is part of a master plan for a lively residential community in the city’s downtown core. The project will also include office space
Once fully completed, the complex will include 105,000 square metres of office Space, 5,000 square metres of lifestyle retail and 1,400 residential units.
CBRE is currently managing the pre-leasing of offices.
