Roebuck Asset Management has completed a €78m acquisition of a state of the art distribution centre at PLAZA (Plataforma Logística de Zaragoza) in Zaragoza. This is their sixth acquisition on behalf of Korean Investors.
The 92,723m² distribution warehouse complex is built on a 225,000m² plot and leased to the Pikolin group who have installed their largest and most modern rest goods manufacturing complex in Europe.
The industrial center includes 11 production halls (including 1 polyurethane foam factory), 2 warehouses for the storage of chemical products for the process, 2,500m² for factory offices and changing rooms, and 10,000m² for general offices. In addition to being equipped with cutting-edge technology, the buildings have been designed to allow for future modifications to the manufacturing process.
