Terralpa Investments, a group owned by Mexicans Rodrigo Lebois (founder of Unifin) and José Ramón Liñero (founder of Terraforma and Terrafondo), has bought a residential building on nº5 Monte Esquinza in Madrid. This follows the group’s acquisition of another residential building on nº 11 on the Plaza del Marqués de Salamanca, in 2017. The latter was purchased through Rodrigo Lebois’ Aralpa Inversiones and is currently being refurbished.
The investment vehicle is managed by Ramón Hermosilla Gómez-Cuétara who is well connected in Mexican business circles having worked for Carlos Slim’s Inmobiliaria Carso.
Monte Esquinza nº5 has 12 flats of sizes ranging between 120m² and 220m² which are valued at approximately 1.3 million euros each. The refurbishment is planned to begin in summer of this year and will end in early 2021.
