Silicius buys retail properties in Vigo & Zamora worth €16M

Led by Juan Díaz de Bustamante, Silicius Inmuebles en Rentabilidad has bought 2 commercial properties in Vigo and Zamora for over €16 million closing both deals with full cash transactions.

The property in Vigo is located on the Avenida de Aragón and has a gross leasable area (GLA) of 5,678m² and has Mercadona as a tenant on a long-term contract.

In Zamora, the fund has purchased a 3,013m² high street property let to Zara in Plaza de Fernández Duró. According to news published in LaVanguardia, Silicius has 12 assets valued at €123 million and annual income of over than 6 million euros.
