Costa Rica-based LatAm Logistic Properties (LLP) has raised a total of $77 million of growth capital.
The vehicle, which has its HQ in the city of San José, develops, builds, and operates logistic projects and aims to expand in Costa Rica, Peru and Colombia. Founded in 2013 by Mike Fangman, the group acquires and owns Class-A industrial properties and the new capital was arranged by their strategic partner, Jaguar Growth Partners, LLC, and structured as a co-investment from institutional investors.
LLP currently has over 93,000m² of GLA under contract with multinational and multilatina tenants and will seek to build or acquire up to 465,000m² of GLA accross its key markets.
