Spanish REIT, DOMO Activos Socimi, S.A., has approved a capital increase of €5M with which it indents to buy new land in Spain to develop residential properties, mainly in Madrid, Malaga, Valencia, Seville and Cordoba. As informed to the CNMV today, the REIT has sold 2.471,300 shares.
Domo Activos Socimi is led by Feliciano Conde, former director at Indra and Enrique Guerra Perez, who worked for Reyal Urbis and Taller de Gestión group as head for the regions of Aragón and La Rioja.
Last year the listed fund bought a plot of land in Madrid’s Vallecas district from state-owned SAREB. They plan to develop a private residential complex comprised of 80 apartment buildings, a swimming pool, children’s games areas, garden areas, a meeting room as well as retail units on the ground floor.
The company made its debut in September 2017 at a price of €2.09 and has grown 5.3% to €2.2 at market close on Thursday.
